I did this on a roll-out-of-bed-and-onto-my-mat day and the pace and intensity was just right. The first poses felt stiff but I enjoyed observing my body gently lengthen and open. A surprisingly comprehensive class for its short length - I will be doing this one again!

A wonderful class of opening and lengthening. Perfectly designed to allow spaciousness to happen within the body. Such creativity and nice flow. This felt so good on day 6!! Thank you Fiji. I am grateful for this series and Do Yoga With Me!! Namaste <3. :-)
