This is literally the best class I have found on this site and I have been a member for just about a decade. This class was so empowering yet so humbling at the same time. It may be where I am at in my life right now but this was everything I needed in a moment and I thank Fiji for bringing another class that brought perspective through movement.
The connection to the third eye was subtle but powerful - the words I needed to hear today.

Well I did the best I could but my body is telling me I am in over my head here. Maybe it is best to go back to Day 1 and do each class again. I usually do Intermediate 1 classes so this is a advanced for me. The class is so fluid and lovely.
Thank you for sharing a little about the building being under construction. I wondered about that. I love all the arches and the lush greenery. The graffiti may have a chaotic look to it, but I feel nothing but calmness while doing the practices. You. could not have picked a more perfect setting for Calm in the Chaos.
The building really does mean so much in these practices, to know that what is going on around us does not need to dictate what goes on within us.

The language used to guide our physical and deeper emotional movements in this practice are so helpful.

I only have one question directed at you. When either twisting my arms into eagle arms, or placing them together when I am in warrior two legs, I seem to lose my balance as my gaze is directed at my ever-so-slightly shaking arms, what do you do to maintain your balance?
gazing at the ground is always a good option when trying to feel more stable, over time you can shift the gaze up to the fingers. It also just develops over time!
