First time I was able to do crow twice in a row and fo so long. Beautiful movement sequence. It lifted me into flight :)

I am usually a #II in my practice, but this one came up when I was looking for a practice for "stress/anxiety". It is slow, which I love, felt really good and had several poses that I had to adjust to my level. Fiji's inspirational words were just what I needed today. Thank you Fiji

I've done this class numerous times. but today, I needed to understand why I was not feeling like my true self lately. Fiji's words really hit home for me that I need to focus on what I need, block out the voices from others and focus on what my mind and body are telling me. Thank you Fiji.
