The Eye That Guides You

Intermediate III

Awaken your third eye in this dynamic, intermediate practice with Fiji. She takes you through a challenging vinyasa flow that works the whole body and finishes the class with a third eye chakra meditation.

This class is Day 4 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Thank you so much Fijji for your class. I have been meaning to do this short, necessary challenge. Now seemed perfect.
Is the filming location Duncan? I was born in Comox and know the Island well.

Wishing you health and happiness

Each of your new practices are so perfectly balanced! I love the message of grace in this practice, that each person is doing the best they can right now; grace I need to extend to others and to self. Thank you for the peace these have given.

Well I did the best I could but my body is telling me I am in over my head here. Maybe it is best to go back to Day 1 and do each class again. I usually do Intermediate 1 classes so this is a advanced for me. The class is so fluid and lovely.

Thank you for sharing a little about the building being under construction. I wondered about that. I love all the arches and the lush greenery. The graffiti may have a chaotic look to it, but I feel nothing but calmness while doing the practices. You. could not have picked a more perfect setting for Calm in the Chaos.

So so good! Thank you Fiji, my favourite in this series so far, and instantly bookmarked as I know I'll want to come back to this one many times. I loved the sentiments and the way the class keeps us quite literally on our toes :-)

The language used to guide our physical and deeper emotional movements in this practice are so helpful.
And the sessions are just the right amount of time. I have no excuse not to take half an hour for this.

Once again, an amazing class from Fiji! Thank you!
I only have one question directed at you. When either twisting my arms into eagle arms, or placing them together when I am in warrior two legs, I seem to lose my balance as my gaze is directed at my ever-so-slightly shaking arms, what do you do to maintain your balance?
