Core to the Floor

Intermediate II

This class focuses on the core to earth relationship, rooting down to draw strength up into the centre of our being.  There is a mix of standing and supine core work that will fire you up from the inside out.

wonderful class! A great sequence for the length of the class leaving me feeling centered in my body and ready for the day! I might only suggest more of a warm up into side plank, as this pose is always tough on my wrists.
