Thank you - a wonderful way to gently but mindfully start my day - I loved the transition from gate to side plank - felt intuitive.

Loved this class ~ a perfect way to start the new year. Thank you Tracey!

Question - what was the name of the mudra you showed at the beginning of the class - finger intertwined across heart center? Keep me posted if you have time.

Hi, Thank you for your question. I reference Vajrapradama Mudra. This is one of my favourites as it offers confidence, trust and faith in our higher Self. By drawing our energy toward our heart centre it reminds us of our inner power, and I often suggest that it is like giving our heart a big beautiful hug.

Thanks Tracey, a sweet heart felt stretch on a sunny summer beach, the perfect solution to these short wet days. Yum!
