To move with ease and grace is a guiding intention in our practice and will be a focus in this class. This is a fluid practice igniting the energy within and allowing it to to build and expand in our body, mind, and being. There are options in many of the poses to expand into more challenging variations allowing the practice itself to grow over time.

excellent pace, clarity and balance between soft and firm. Instructs to fit with the flow in clear voice. This is a keeper for me as a low intermediate - just challenging enough!

This is a unique class! Very firm directions, which I found nicely hypnotic and easy to follow, lending a meditative sense to the postures. I didn't have quite the leg strength for a few of the sequences, so I will return to this class again. Due to the clarity and straightforward nature, I will not get bored!
Your instructions are very helpful and clear, and your program well organized. In future videos, maybe consider interrupting the flow of instructions with free comments or altering the tone of your voice to counter possible monotony. I so appreciate your deep knowledge!

LOVE this class!!! I love the very deliberate movements and the reminders of how our energy is expanding and moving. I felt very energized upon completion of this class. What a great way to end this challenge. Thank you, Fiji!!

Really nice class, lots of easing those aches in my side body. I found the second bind in tabletop pose quite tricky for my balance - so I will be coming back to this again to improve. Thanks Fiji for once again making a well paced and engaging practice.
This was perfect today to start the week and to end the 14-days 'back to routine' challenge. It truly ignites energy, opens hips ans stretches hamstrings. The instructions are so clear that I hardly watched the screen and this allowed me to come into a energizing flow.
Super fun class! Some new postures and transitions that I haven't seen before in Fiji's videos. And beautiful verbal instructions so that you can find your way into them without needing to look at the video.

Deep opening for the hips and hamstrings. Nonstop talking and overly fussy instructions made this less enjoyable for me.
Hmm, I found her instruction very helpful. I don’t have a TV so I have to use my phone and I can’t watch the phone and do yoga at the same time. Her meticulous instruction helps me follow without cranking my neck. There are other instructors who talk less - you might enjoy them more? I think Tracey doesn’t give as much instruction - and Christa too. I understand your comment tho. While I don’t mind Fiji’s instruction, Rachel is too energetic for me, so her constant talking can be very unnerving. Thankfully DYWM has many instructors!

This video encompasses all the things I'm working on......I feel like I will be coming back to this often. One question Fiji- how can I increase flexibility in my feet? The end of video you put feet flat on ground-belly/hips facing up and lifted hips....my feet won't cooperate:) I need to understand how I can work on that....any video recommendations ? Thanks!
