Thank you so much - I am a huge fan of your classes, Fiji, and can't wait for the new ones to come out. I particularly liked the side extensions from table pose around minute 4, since I don't see those in other classes too often. Please keep sprinkling in fun unique poses like that!

Rise and Shine by Fiji is fantastic and similar in spirit, I've been doing it for years. Tracey also has good half hour workouts.

I was not sure what to expect however I saw this was Fiji so I knew it would be great.
This is a wonderful , WARM and invigorating practice. There are some areas where you can modify if you are a beginner.
Great for the core!!!!

Another great class from Fiji. The only slight feedback I have is that, for me, there wasnt enough warm-up before the backbends and more challenging poses - could be because it's a shorter class, plus it's still very cold where I am (sigh).
So when I do it again I will add a 10 minute warmup at the beginning to ensure I am ready to go !
