Hello everyone. I just did this class (and loved it!) and found that it is more a Beginner II level than an Intermediate I, so I've changed it. Let me know if you agree!

Although this is meant to be a morning stretch, I did it in the evening and it felt every bit as good - its all the right spots and set me up for a very relaxed and refreshed rest of my day — TY Josh!! 🌈
Perfect morning class! Gives your body time to warm up, which I appreciate since I have joint issues. Love the pacing, and that you don’t try and sneak in a super advanced pose at the end like some teachers do. Thank you!!

Delicious morning yoga routine. I often find that even morning routines rush through certain poses and I never do feel looser afterwards. This routine allows time where needed but doesn't linger unnecessarily. Poses that are briefer are revisited often, so that by the end even those poses feel more relaxed and open. My body feels ready for the day. Thank you Josh!
Nice class. Clear instruction and appreciated empathy for morning stiffness. Is the modification for rolling back down to the earth from a seated position using your hands on your thighs? This has always been difficult for me. How else, besides a strong core, do you prevent the flop?

To me, Intermediate I. Transitions are fast and the practice is muscular.
Intermediate transitions can be faster, but we do have some intermediate classes that are quite a bit slower and more muscular too.
