This all-levels class with Josh is designed to help your whole body wake up in the morning, paying special attention to the superficial backline which tends to get tight as we sleep . Set yourself up for an energized day!

Perfect morning class! Gives your body time to warm up, which I appreciate since I have joint issues. Love the pacing, and that you don’t try and sneak in a super advanced pose at the end like some teachers do. Thank you!!

Delicious morning yoga routine. I often find that even morning routines rush through certain poses and I never do feel looser afterwards. This routine allows time where needed but doesn't linger unnecessarily. Poses that are briefer are revisited often, so that by the end even those poses feel more relaxed and open. My body feels ready for the day. Thank you Josh!

Nice class. Clear instruction and appreciated empathy for morning stiffness. Is the modification for rolling back down to the earth from a seated position using your hands on your thighs? This has always been difficult for me. How else, besides a strong core, do you prevent the flop?
