Delicious morning yoga routine. I often find that even morning routines rush through certain poses and I never do feel looser afterwards. This routine allows time where needed but doesn't linger unnecessarily. Poses that are briefer are revisited often, so that by the end even those poses feel more relaxed and open. My body feels ready for the day. Thank you Josh!

Nice class. Clear instruction and appreciated empathy for morning stiffness. Is the modification for rolling back down to the earth from a seated position using your hands on your thighs? This has always been difficult for me. How else, besides a strong core, do you prevent the flop?
