This is a great all over body practice with emphasis on the hips, legs, and twists. I love this practice because the pose transitions are slower, giving more time for body positioning in each pose. This will be my favorite go to. Thank you Figi:)

This is one of my favorite classes. I return to it over and over again. It is so good for the legs and hips. The outdoors location is wonderful too.
