Floating Triangle

Intermediate II

We will do a full practice to warm up into a really fun sequence called the Floating Triangle Sequence. In this peak sequence, we will be using a lot of core and hip strength to move through poses where we are only supported on one leg. This will be a strong class, so modifications will be provided. Note: 2 blocks are recommended for this practice.

Phenomenal class - with Josh's wonderful direction I found myself in poses I would normally topple over in. Now I did topple a couple of times, but that just motivates me to come back:)

I liked this practice a lot, and think it is more of an Intermediate III. That final floating sequence was a fun, tough challenge. Like others, I really appreciate Josh's gentle guidance.

Loved it! and I agree with the others....Josh has a wonderfully warm and inviting voice paired with his gentle, but powerful sequences. I would love to see more classes from him. Thanks, Josh.

This class is very challenging (even for long time practitioners) but is also accessible to most. It is a feel good challenge, and I look forward to doing it over and over again. Thank you. Namaste.

PS Josh is a great addition to DYWM. More Josh please!

I really like Josh's light and kind way of teaching- how great he is part of the dywm team now! This practice was perfect for me and my aching lower back. Thank you!

What a fun class! The floating triangle sequence was a good challenge. Definitely showed me where and what I need to work on. I'm looking forward to doing this again and track my progress.

Loved
1. Early taste of "floating triangle"
2. focus on a smaller set of asanas, yet with wide impact on body.
3. Longer hold of each asana.
Thank you

I love how you make creative, challenging practices accessible with your positive tone! And your intentional cues are great - I found myself saying, "Oh, yeah, I should do that," when you would give reminders in the middle of poses. Thank you!

A super class, really inventive - familiar balance poses but with extra challenge. Also some great hip, hamstring & groin stretches. Thanks Josh!
