We will do a full practice to warm up into a really fun sequence called the Floating Triangle Sequence. In this peak sequence, we will be using a lot of core and hip strength to move through poses where we are only supported on one leg. This will be a strong class, so modifications will be provided. Note: 2 blocks are recommended for this practice.

The pace of this practice was very good for me. The instructions were clear and did not include extraneous thoughts - focused on the poses. I appreciated the standing balances although I can do about half I was able to do more than I thought. Thank you.
