This quick class we called 'Core Primer' because Rachel helps you establish a connection to your core muscles so you can practice yoga safely. You can insert this before one of your favorite yoga classes, or if you only have 15 minutes, do it on its own. It will challenge you to maintain the alignment and stability that keeps your body strong, flexible and healthy. Note: the strap is optional.

I don't think I have ever felt my core muscles engage as deeply as they did when I did this class. Definitely going to revisit this on a regular basis. You're classes are so challenging and therapeutic, Rachel. Thank you so much!

Wow! Not only was this a great focus on core work, I added way more awareness to shoulder stability. What an education in 15 minutes. Nice work, Rachel.

This class was perfect for a day I didn’t have much time, and wanted something short, but not too easy. After it was over, I did a few moments of relaxation to wind down. I will definitely use this with other classes in the future. Thank you, Rachel.

Rachel scott has changed my life with these videos in particular this was filmed really well all videos should encorporate views of practice in all angles to better follow and learn from Rachel Scott. I appreciate being able to practice with her and will not stop looking forward to more great filmed practices. Thank you so much
