In this powerful and vigorous practice, Fiji begins the class by warming the body with vinyasa flow and focuses on standing balances, hips and backbends.

This class is Day 3 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Nice class . I’ve started with the day 1 meditation class and then did Vision Quest. They worked beautifully together to make a great practice.
