Wowza, Jonni-Lyn is strong! This was a toughie - especially the legs-straight-up exercise - but it gives me much to work towards. I tend to feel navasana in my hip flexors and not my abdominals - does anyone have any cues or advice to work on this? Thank you!

Had to laugh when J-L F invited to do the practice 2-3 times... pretty intense it IS. And good / much needed.
I have been revisiting this class over and over. And today, I finally did it twice (as Jonni-Lyn invites us to)! :-)
