In need of a little core boost? This quick vinyasa flow class with Jonni-Lyn is designed to build core strength through a variety of different yoga poses and variations. It's a great, short practice to add after a class or can also be done as a stand-alone.

Wowza, Jonni-Lyn is strong! This was a toughie - especially the legs-straight-up exercise - but it gives me much to work towards. I tend to feel navasana in my hip flexors and not my abdominals - does anyone have any cues or advice to work on this? Thank you!

Extremely quick moving so I recommend doing it twice the first time and NOT rushing yourself if you do not want to injure yourself. However it is a GREAT core practice and I can see doing this often and multiple times. Great to develop your core!
