Wowza, Jonni-Lyn is strong! This was a toughie - especially the legs-straight-up exercise - but it gives me much to work towards. I tend to feel navasana in my hip flexors and not my abdominals - does anyone have any cues or advice to work on this? Thank you!
Love this class for a quickie core workout that delivers!
Extremely quick moving so I recommend doing it twice the first time and NOT rushing yourself if you do not want to injure yourself. However it is a GREAT core practice and I can see doing this often and multiple times. Great to develop your core!

Don't be fooled by the 13 minutes, this class packs a punch! It worked all the abs too - definitely recommend!
