Such a beautiful, graceful flow! I can't decide which of the practices in this series is the loveliest. I'm sure to return to this one again when I'm in need of connecting deeper to body in a gentle, yet powerful way. Thank you, Fiji!

Day nine is a short class and full of great stretches, strengthening poses, and flowing with the breath. I just love the creativity within the poses. Perfect class for after day 8!! My body feels good and enjoyed this class. Thank you Fiji. Namaste <3. :-)
Wonderful flow of breath, music (yes, please more Yoga classes with gentle music!) and Fiji's as always clear and calm instructions and modeling.

This is a wonderful way to begin my day. Love Fiji anytime but the variety in each day is especially important to me. Is there anyway to access days one through eight?

Did this as a quick, stand-alone practice, not as part of the challenge. Fiji gets right down to it in this short practice. The first pose felt especially tough on my un-warmed up joints, but after that, this sequence felt really good. Juicy stretches with just enough time to sink into them.

I love the dynamic nature and the short sweetness of this practice! I actually did the arm binds - when did I develop the flexibility to do that? My progress is sneaking up on me! Thanks Fiji, and all who have brought us this series.
wow, this class may be short, but it certainly gets into those sweet spots. another typically challenging class from Fiji, where she demonstrates the poses with such grace and composure, while I struggle to remember to breathe! Patience is the key... and breathing :)
I am amazed at the difference that doing Fiji's 14 day yoga challenge has made on my running! I feel so much stronger and balanced! Thank you!

I loved the core work and arm binds, Fiji. Another creative, seamless flow. I'm the type who rarely feels satisfied when a class is shorter than 60 minutes, so it's an accomplishment when I do!
