My favorite yoga video on this entire website! I couldn't even tell you how many times I've done this one. Whenever I've had a long day, am feeling tight all over, or just need a little something to get me moving, this video always does the trick. Thank you, Rachel--you are my favorite teacher by a long shot!

This is the first time I've tried a short class from DYWM. I did it in the evening, after a tiring and stressful day working before the computer. It has invigorated me and left my with a smile. Thank you, Rachel!

Hi Rachel. I enjoy all your classes and this has become an all time favorite that is perfect after work. *** I didn't know another place to contact you and ask if you could consider putting together a 20 min. or so bedtime yoga class? I float between Fiji M's, Tracy N, and Melissa K. bedtime classes and for some reason having the word and cues about sleeping and bedtime make it really nice to do before bed. I need you in the bedtime yoga mix if you find the time!!!

Not as nice as the first one however still a sweet afternoon practice.
I needed it after biking 8 miles in 100+ degree fahrenheit temp.

This is definitely one of my favorites! I don't know how many hundreds of times I've done this video :)! I love it and I recommend it to anyone whose body doesn't feel quite right after sitting at a desk all day or doing whatever else, because really, it's just great for any day.

Thank you - I really enjoyed this class after work. Very relaxing and some good stretching. Wonderful pace and instructions. The music was perfect for background music, not intrusive at all and didn't draw me away from the practice.
