It was fun to go back to some old videos and find this one. I enjoy these short but juicy after work classes. I usually do these short classes and then jump to the 6 minute mindfulness meditations to get deeper rest. thank you
A great series and well described, but way too fast. Not enough time to ease the body into the stretch and savor it. I would have finished if there were a way to play it slower.
