Rachel's original 'After Work Revitalizer' was so popular that we decided to create part two, which is fun and lively like the first, and focuses on the neck, spine and hips.
I loved this! I'm trying to prioritize consistency and daily practice over trying (and failing) to get full hour classes in. This felt so good and now I'm ready to go out dancing! Thank you :-)

I enjoy all your classes and this has become an all time favorite that is perfect after work. *** I didn't know another place to contact you and ask if you could consider putting together a 20 min. or so bedtime yoga class? I float between Fiji M's, Tracy N, and Melissa K. bedtime classes and for some reason having the word and cues about sleeping and bedtime make it really nice to do before bed. I need you in the bedtime yoga mix if you find the time!!!
This is definitely one of my favorites! I don't know how many hundreds of times I've done this video :)! I love it and I recommend it to anyone whose body doesn't feel quite right after sitting at a desk all day or doing whatever else, because really, it's just great for any day.
Thank you - I really enjoyed this class after work. Very relaxing and some good stretching. Wonderful pace and instructions. The music was perfect for background music, not intrusive at all and didn't draw me away from the practice.
I work ten hour days doing landscaping... this class was JUST the thing to get out the soreness and truly revitalize myself for my evening activities! Love it!
loved this so far, I only managed to get halfway through since my 8 month old woke from her nap very early but I really enjoyed it. Being a very hot day I was feeling sluggish and this helped to make me more awake and less sleepy.
Feeling really refreshed after completing "Morning Slow Hatha Yoga Flow" to shake off sleep and then waking up with this energizing class! The neck and upper back focus is really wonderful and the instructions are clear and calming.

Not as nice as the first one however still a sweet afternoon practice.
I needed it after biking 8 miles in 100+ degree fahrenheit temp.
