This gentle hatha flow class with Josh is a slow-paced, breath-focused practice intended to get you out of your head and into your body. There will be an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness. Note: It is recommended to have two blocks for this practice however this is entirely optional.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Thank you, Josh. I love your gentle, calm approach to, and throughout, this practice. Very effective. Also like your analogies e.g. the head is like a dew drop at the end of a blade of grass that leads the spine to slowly slope downward.
Thank you Josh for this amazing class. I started feeling tired and cranky but left feeling so calm and grounded. I think it is a combination of your soothing voice, gentle demeanour and slow yet deep poses. Can't wait to do more of your classes!
