I enjoyed this class until you got to the last two stretches, which were too intense/painful for me to hold.

Thank you Josh! I love the gentleness and slow pace. You are a wonderful teacher.
The other day I tried to do a search of your classes but your name is missing from directory. Would be great if that was fixed for those who want to have just your classes displayed.

Hi Ita,

Happy to hear you enjoyed the class! In regards to the search, are you using the filter from the direct home page? We will have to add Josh's name there but in the meantime, his name appears in the Yoga Classes page filter. To get to the Yoga Classes page, please hover over Practice and select Classes. Great class! Very calming with a short balance pose sequence and hip stretches. I'll come back to it again for sure - thank you!
