A great practice to work on twists and shoulders. Fiji is wonderful at explaining each pose and she guides you through a feel good practice.

This is one you can use again and again to work on twists and your shoulders.

I enjoyed this class for some nice, intense stretches. Loved the use of both blocks for various poses. This was my first Intermediate III class. Fun and challenging.

6/20/20. Satisfying practice - loved using the blocks which made pyramid pose and downward dog feel a lot more comfortable. Pretty technical with lots of precise instructions given; it's not a super flow-y class. Your hamstrings and hips will feel fantastic afterwards. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful class! Thank you Fiji - it is so good to use the blocks usually i would practice all those with blocks - really awesome to see how much more leverage you gain in the pose.
