This is a fantastic sequence and I return to it regularly. Fiji has a nice slow pace which allows me to fully engage and enjoy all the twists. Today I needed some wringing out - boy, this class hit the mark.

Loved it! I feel calm, open and strong at the end of it. I also liked the pace, it wasn't too fast, so I had time to feel and adjust my body in each pose.
