Meet Me Where You Are

Intermediate II

Flow toward what feels good in your body, and notice the tension soften as we let go of the old patterns that hold us back. A playful, and subtle exploration of inner lines, spacious side body and our wonderful hips.

Fun class! Thank you. I could make it into skandasana on my left side but turned into a windmill once I tried on my right. Haha maybe next time.

This class is the perfect antidote to a day sitting in an office all day - super stretches and beautifully slow and calm pace that keeps your head in the practice - definitely adding to a collection!

lots of balance to warrior 3, great twists and rib/hip openers. whole body workout. Tough one! No shivasana, but option to do on own at end.

Thank you, Tracey! I always end up in a different place (physically and mentally) during your classes and it's always good!

10/5/21. Did this first thing in the morning and my balance was definitely challenged with the visits to tree pose, warrior 3, and standing standing pigeon. The class is definitely a good opening for the hips and for leading into skandasana, but I still had to modify there. If I repeat this class it will be later in the day when my body feels a bit more awake and fluid. Thanks the guidance, Tracey!

I've always really enjoyed Tracey's classes, but this is instantly one of my very favorites from her. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice! I'll be returning to it often.
