10/5/21. Did this first thing in the morning and my balance was definitely challenged with the visits to tree pose, warrior 3, and standing standing pigeon. The class is definitely a good opening for the hips and for leading into skandasana, but I still had to modify there. If I repeat this class it will be later in the day when my body feels a bit more awake and fluid. Thanks the guidance, Tracey!

I've always really enjoyed Tracey's classes, but this is instantly one of my very favorites from her. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice! I'll be returning to it often.
