Toppling tree with hips square to the ground has always been hard for me. Hope this class will help me get more comfortable in the pose.
Good class for the evening, slow flow with mellow a Fiji.
Fiji is fabulous! Enough time to get in and out of poses properly without rushing through a true flow. Another favorite I'll do again and again.
