Salute the Sun
This vinyasa practice with Josh is a quick work out that features three types of sun salutations while providing modifications where necessary. It's the perfect way to warm up and wake up to your day, or to work up a quick sweat!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 14 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.
