Salute the Sun

Beginner II

This vinyasa practice with Josh is a quick work out that features three types of sun salutations while providing modifications where necessary. It's the perfect way to warm up and wake up to your day, or to work up a quick sweat!

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 14 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Good way to get the blood flowing in the morning; builds nicely to allow the body to warm up. I appreciated the clear instructions for Sun C - the transitions felt much smoother than they typically do for me. Thanks, Josh!

This class is a rare gem: some exertion without extreme (to me) contortions! Your consistent cues for movement and breath were very helpful. It felt to me like a "complete" practice. I'd love to see a similar practice of longer duration.

A nice , basic class with some modifications to get comfortable with sun salutations. I like the way the breath was linked to movement in Sun Bs.
