Slow flow but full-body. Not intense so good for a short, easy practice. Includes a savasana at the end.

Half-moons, half-splits and double-pigeons. You'll feel tired after this one.

Interesting and different kind of flow, arm balances toward the end. This will open your shoulders.

Challenging and there is little warm-up. But the openness you'll feel in the legs, groin and back are worth it. There was one set of knee stretches that I could not do.

Day 2 of 4: Really focused techniques, mind engaged throughout.

Day 3 of 4: Not my favorite, but it's short and there is some good release for hamstrings and hips.

Day 4 of 4. Do a 5-minute warm-up before starting this. It goes right into sun salutations.

Great lower-body workout. This can be tough on knees and ankles so best to have a thick mat and carpeted, soft floor. Otherwise, some pillows to protect the knees.

Great class for really working out the legs and hips and then the shoulders. Feel more open afterward

Lots of typical Fiji style poses but a good wake-up.

Good hamstring stretches and deep shoulder openings in gate pose.

Nice short all-around practice. Feel very open and relaxed after this. It starts very gently so no need to warm up prior to this.

Lots of variations of hip openers. This one is really good when you need a release in your hips.

A great class to do right after you wake up. Much of it will be in hero's pose. Shoulders and back felt so open and loose afterwards.

Short Pranayama - Breath of Joy to wake you up and then counting and holding breath to calm you down. Very effective.

Short opening sequence for the legs, hamstrings and calves. You need a strap and lots of padding for the knees. Legs will feel very open after this.

Lev scap stretch, pigeon, arms circles are all great to release tension in the neck. Have a pad for knees and also a foam roller (or block) for head support during the arm circles.

Nice twists and heart openers, also half-splits. This is a somewhat gentle somewhat heat building class. A perfect middle.
