Great slow and strong core workout! I'm working through some sciatica and I've had to pause or modify my regular practice, but this class is a perfect way to safely strengthen the muscles that will help me heal and prevent further back injury! I will be coming back to this one regularly.
I'm addicted to this workout. It's quick and effective. Josh has a positive presence and makes you believe you can do anything. After 1 week I felt the difference in my core and my stomach flattened out as a bonus!
