I walk 5 miles a day, this class is a go-to frequently for a post stretch. David is at one of his best here. Maybe me too!!

great class!! its a modified version of your other class - deep release of the hips, hamstrings and lower back- which I love. So, nice to have a shorter version that I can go to. My body feels very relaxed after this class. Thanks David! You are the BEST!
