Vinyasa Yoga for Lower Back Care: Tune-Up

Intermediate II
The final video in Fiji's 4-part series on lower back health, this class serves as a tune-up and a reminder of the principles you learned in the previous three classes. It's also a class that you can fit into any busy schedule, giving you the ability to do some extra back care at any time, since it's only 13 minutes long! I wonder - and this may be a general question/comment - if you would recommend adding some more time on the mat after this fairly short class. I find that 40 to 60 min classes are best for me but am not always sure which ones are better to "build on top" of a short class. Thank you in advance for your comments!

I just got my first yoga blocks ever and was glad to try them out with this class! It's short, but works well as part of the lower back care series and is a good way to be mindful of that space.

I don’t have a block so just made sure to pay extra attention and tightening of the inner thighs during the first portion. I often have lower back issues so this is a great practice for me. For a hurting lower back, I do the Yin Yoga for lower back on this great site. Thank you!
