I love the concept of this challenge. Sometimes my ego gets in the way, believing that it's not legitimate yoga if I only do 5 minutes. This series has been great way to help me rethink the value of yoga, and I'm happy to discover how good my body and my mind can feel in such a short time. Thank you, Rachel.
