This integral heart opening yoga practice with Rachel combines all elements of the practice: kriya, asana, pranayama and meditation to create a full and well-rounded class experience. You’ll leave the practice feeling open, calm and refreshed.

Thank you so much for the contemplation in this class. When you said to bring to mind someone we had maybe been in conflict with and say that just like me you want to be happy; I found this so powerful and liberating. This was nice and easy, but still full of lots of movement, stretches and strengthening that wasn't too strenuous. Perfect for a 100 degree day with no air conditioning. The meditation was sweet too.
