Melissa has the gift of compassion and gentleness and the ability to impart that to anyone who does yoga with her. This practice is perfect for days when gentle self-care is needed. I normally practice at the upper intermediate levels, but this one is great for times when I can't work at my regular level. It hits all the essential spots in a gentle, slow manner with plenty of space for modifications. Just lovely. Thank you!

I completely agree. These last few months have been hard on literally everyone. I keep coming back to this practice (and other Melissa practices) precisely because I can feel the compassion and gentleness. This practice helps me to remember to be gentle with myself and others. So incredibly valuable for that reason alone.

Loved the pace and the range of stretches. I think "morning yoga" should be added as a tag to this video as it is perfect to do straight out of bed (no need to warm up first). Thank you Melissa , another great session that I will do over and over
