Loved the pace and the range of stretches. I think "morning yoga" should be added as a tag to this video as it is perfect to do straight out of bed (no need to warm up first). Thank you Melissa , another great session that I will do over and over

This is a gem of a practice. Want to prepare for meditation? Check - this will engage your mind with gentle stretching and just the right amount of time in each pose. Body stiff in the early morning? Check - this will gently wake you up and stretch you out in a short practice that won’t make you late for work. Dealing with chronic body pain? Check - this is gentle on the body with lots of modifications offered and you will feel relaxed and stretched afterward. Traveling and your hotel room is small? Check - this doesn’t have a lot of side ways movements, so you only need a narrow amount of space. Personally, I’m super grateful for this practice and you will be too. Give it a try, no matter your level! Thanks Melissa and DYWM!
