Yoga for Anxiety: Moving with Breath

Beginner I

Moving with breath can be a wonderful way to drop into the body and get out of your head. In this gentle class with Melissa, you’ll be encouraged to match your pace of movement with your own breath cycles. 

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

I did this class yesterday as a stand alone class and loved the calming, relaxing effect. Now I am doing it as part of the challenge. Feeling great and looking forward to the next one :-)

Everyone has anxious days even if they feel they do not suffer from anxiety per se....everyone can benefit from this class. It makes you feel whole, and gives you hope. You feel better after having done it and can face a new day. :) Thank you Melissa, once again. :)
