Beautiful flowy class that targets just the right spots in my upper back. I come back to it on a day when my upper back and neck region is tight and tensed, and I end the class with relief. Thank you!

My only Feedback: Though the intentions are pure and innocent, some feedback on the language used. Hanuman is a revered God - a deity in Hinduisim / Sanatana Dharma, from which Yoga stems. Hindus pray to him. He is not a monkey friend, like Timon and Pumbaa were to Simbaa (I love them by the way). So calling Lord Hanuman appropriately would be respectful to Yoga and to the culture.

Hi ~ I am so glad you enjoyed the class and thank you for your feedback. I wanted to respond as I pay great respect to the Gods, and deities from which our gift of yoga today stems from. That said, with no disrespect I did address Hanuman ( a little more in the playful side of our 'monkey mind') yet will certainly pay closer attention to my choice of words and language around the wonderful Gods, and deities when inside the layers of practice.

The last 6 weeks have tested me, due to a family health issue, like never before. Thanks for taking some of that stress away and helping me focus and reset.
