I woke up with very little energy and no drive but needed to move and stretch. This was perfect. Thank you Tracey. The one tiny thing is when you speak more softly at the end of the class I can't hear what you are saying, and I don't want to interrupt my calm to raise the volume. Otherwise, wouldn't change a thing.
