Shut my eyes for a moment then woke up after it finished :) This is my first 'meditation' and I'm pretty sure I wasn't meant to fall asleep (I am also not a napper) - but loved my 21 minutes of peace.

Wonderful bedtime video! I often just listen to the audio later in the evening and find it relaxing and sleep-inducing. Tianne has such a gentle, soothing voice.
