Shut my eyes for a moment then woke up after it finished :) This is my first 'meditation' and I'm pretty sure I wasn't meant to fall asleep (I am also not a napper) - but loved my 21 minutes of peace.

For me the yoga nidra meditation works well at night just before I fall asleep.
This shorter, relaxing class was perfect for the start of what will be a busy day. While previewing it last night, I thought it would also be a good relaxing choice at the end of the day. The outdoor setting is well-suited to this Restorative Yoga video. Thanks to Tianne and everyone else who worked on this excellent video.

Pretty relaxing. In a guided meditation that journey’s I always think it is a good practice to walk people back out. Journey meditations can be quite powerful.
