Not my favorite. It's a voiceover class. Made me sweat a lot. A lot of chatarungas and planks. But the core workout at the end, and the spinal twist was crazy!

REALLY good, slow alignment practice, all about protecting and preserving that line of the spine by tucking your pelvis and pulling the ribs in and under.

SO HARD! But really good for engaging mula banda and core during yoga. Good tutorial for hopping to the front of the mat.

Low impact, deep hip/low back release. Whole class on floor. Great to do when you don't feel like a big strength class.

Good heart opener. Just intense enough. Warms you up quickly. Did this with Jennie over spring break 2019.

Really lovely core and IT band class. You work just hard enough and then get some nice stretches.

Nice hip and shoulder opener.

Started burping and farting right away. Good for digestion. Might be good when bloated/full.

Deep and intense. But builds nicely and slowly. And gets into lots of nice poses that are held just a bit longer.

Slow burn. Nothing super fiery or challenging. Lots of nice backbends and twists. Left me feeling tired and at peace.

I felt so strong doing this class! Lots of standing balances. Really even flow. I was breathing hard in the middle of it. But I loved it! Maybe a new Yummy 30!

I'm starting this on January 2, 2021. Maybe I'll add more notes as I go on. Day One was great; 40 minutes, plenty of strengthening, nice slow flow, and a visit to pigeon.

This class is exactly at my level. It's challenging, but I can do everything. And it has just one long sequence of poses (both sides) that is creative and keeps my brain focused on my body.

A perfect Fiji class. It's challenging but I can do everything, and the sequence is just one long, interesting sequence. Great class.

Great shorter practice. Nice vinyasa flow, warrior II and high lunge sequences. Good to warm up the body in the morning.
