These restorative postures are designed to release tightness in the lower back, relieve achiness in the legs, and ease tension held in the pelvis and belly. So put on your coziest clothes, roll out your mat, and enjoy this soothing practice for your menstrual cycle. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

I am in the middle of an IVF cycle and am not supposed to do any vigorous twists or inversions so this was perfect for me! Gave me the stretching and relaxation my body and mind needs during this time! Will come back to this daily during this time!

I concur. Thank you Sarah a beautiful class. Gentle and effective for acknowledging accepting and inviting in a restful flow. I did this on day two of my menstruation. I felt quite energetic but I am glad I did a slower paced class that was focused on nourishing my body, respecting that it is going through a lot of internal processes. It felt more welcoming. Namaste.
