I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful video!! I usually have very strong menstruation cramps and take Ibuprofen, but with this video I really saw that I can deal with the pain much better. I love the time of menstruation and this video is a way to honor it too! Thank you!

Sarah Jane, I really appreciate your style <3 I was looking for sequences for my moon cycle and there's a lot of videos but if you know how yoga should be during the cycle, those would not apply. This was very good and include movement and nourishment, thanks a lot

Nice, however, I am not that flexible and found some poses difficult, especially during this time of the month. Perhaps an even gentler, more restorative style class could be added in the future please. Thank you. Great instructions for getting into fish pose?
