Short, sweet and effective. Thank you. You even fit in some breathing and made me laugh with the lion's breath. Needed this. This is the kind of practice you look forward to doing.

I have super tight hips and was looking for a cool down after a vigorous HIIT class. This lovely little class and Crista's energy was just what I needed - I'll be returning to this again and again! Thank you.
