  • Quick class, yet challenging and fulfilling. Plus Eagle!

  • Not really an anytime class. Good for step-by-step instructions for arm balances.

  • Great short practice! Quick flow at times, but accessible; felt good. Interesting variations to the normal flow. Still I'm left with one question... what's up dog?

  • Challenging class with lots of opportunities to grow into the poses. Includes half moon, 8-angle, wheel...

  • Whew! Quick (pace-wise), challenging class; great cardio workout. Lotsa sweat.

  • Challenges strength. Very meditative, spiritual qualities. Beach sounds are lovely. Lots of one-legged balancing.

  • Quite challenging, but worth it. Lotsa chair :I & twists. Crow and twisted crow. Lotsa core work, too :I & lotsa sweat for Kristian.

  • Seems more like an intermediate 2 course; good on fundamentals; slow progression through each asana; good for work on proper alignment of poses; good entry into half moon.

  • Challenging, but slow and fulfilling; meditative and purposeful. Much time dedicated to each pose.

  • Works on fundamentals.

Challenging but beautiful. Poses aren't really difficult but pace is SUPER slow. Very meditative.
