I really liked this one. Fun transitions, good stretches and releases, lots of nice sensations. It is somewhat challenging but has more of a slower flow than some of these classes which I appreciated. Felt like I was in a trance doing it!
Nice class Fiji, I have been enjoying the 14 day challenge it's a nice refresher of getting recommitted to my practice again. Something I noticed when I am in a standing pose one legged and when we transition into warrior 3 my shin muscle starting screaming. Is there anything you can recommend to help alleviate this?

This is such a great experience. I did the other challenges, but didn't practice every consecutive day. Now I am and I can feel the rapid change in my body and throughout my day and in all other activities I do - dance, meditation and life...
I can feel my body getting stronger practicing with Fiji everyday!! I was able to flow along, my body generated heat, and it was challenging. Pushing to the edge, as Fiji says!! Great words of encouragement throughout the class. Thanks Fiji for another great morning of yoga! Namaste <3. :-)

I am not doing the 14 day challenge but I am exploring the classes offered. This one is grounding and strong - Nicely paced and a good length for a quick, centering practice. I appreciated the modifications during pigeon!
Good flow overall, just a bit slower-paced than I thought it was going to be.
I'm so enjoying this challenge, my upper arm strength/ endurance and flexibility are Improving with each class. You are a fantastic instructor, thank you.

After being sick for 2 weeks with West Nile Virus, wasn't sure how to regain strength and get over being dizzy all the time. These shorter, gentler practices are exactly what I needed to stretch out my stiff sore body and regain balance and strength.
So exciting to see that I can do active pigeon poses now, even reaching my hand to foot! So thrilled!
Great practice Fiji! I felt strong and firmly planted during this practice. My balance is improving. Thank you! See you tomorrow for Day Eight!
Hey, I'm an intermediate now :) Couldn't believe it when I reached my hand back in pigeon, and my foot was right there! AND I came to the top of my head for an almost-wheel!!! Never thought that would happen again in this lifetime. I'm feeling great!
I felt the same way today too! I have never done it before and now I can! Almost effortlessly! Hooray!
There are still some things I can't do - like certain boat variations and wheel - but I was able to do the back-heel grab in pigeon pose for the first time today (and feel safe doing so)! On both sides, no less.
This practice left me feeling stretched and strong.
Another brilliant class thank you. I love the structure and the reminder that 7 days have already been achieved! :) I'm also loving the opportunity to keep checking in and seeing progress being made. Great pace and great class!

Thanks for creating this 14 day series. I am feeling tension melt away while strength & flexibility are increasing. The flow of the classes individually & as a series are so nicely balanced.
I was afraid today's class would be a little tough after having lifted weights in the morning, but I was pleasantly surprised at how open I felt during the practice. There were lots of wonderful twists that really loosened up my spine. The mermaid pose is still challenging for me, as I find it hard to keep my hips square--my weight wants to drop to the side of my front hip. I will keep coming back to it! Thanks for a great week of yoga, Fiji. I'm looking forward to the second week!

As we continue to push and grow during this 14-day challenge, I find myself appreciating Fiji's clear and gentle instruction and guidance all the more. Some of these postures were new to me or were more intense variations of what I've done. So, having clear direction made me feel safe and therefor able to trust my body. It's taken me years to learn to listen to my body and move slowly and patiently into new experiences. Fiji's calm voice fits right in. Can't believe it's already been 14 days! I'm truly grateful for the experience. Many thanks!
