I revisit this fairly often. I really like the shoulder openers and that there is a bit of strength work for the whole body in the class. I love the transition of doing a complex pose and then the appreciation of a simple pose like plank afterwards. Fiji is so good with smooth transitions in general. One question I have for Fiji is regarding putting the elbow behind the neck repeatedly throughout the class. Is there a purpose to this? I think at one point you say it will all make sense in a few moments and then it never did for me.

Definitely my favourite practice so far (this time around doing the challenge, have completed several times before). I love Fiji's calm gentle manner. Softly guiding me into poses that I would often struggle with (maybe mostly in my head!) and stretching my body until I feel utterly fabulous. Thank you Fiji ily xx

Mostly gentle stretching with at least one pose way beyond my current level. I was still able to hang in there and benefit, though. Fiji has a magic way of moving into challenging peak poses almost without me noticing; fortunately she also makes space for not being able to.

This has been my favorite class of the challenge so far. It did start with some immediate deep shoulder binds so I probably should have warmed up with a few sun salutations but otherwise, a phenomenal class. It was the perfect amount of challenge without losing my ambition to try new poses (frustration can be a strong voice to quit!). I appreciate Fiji's cues + love that she refers to both legs as capable during standing balancing poses. Thanks!

Really enjoying this challenge, even through the sore muscles! Some of the poses today were challenging, but I want to say thank you for the always really clear instructions, and indications of how the body should feel - really helpful when you are practicing at home!

When Fiji says challenging, you darn tooting it is going to be challenging :) Strangely, I did not find this class physically challenging, rather it keeps you mentally very alert and makes you break your mental routine, step outside your comfort level a bit. I really enjoyed this class. It showed me my progress and something new. Thank you!

I felt energetically fragile this morning and wasn't up for a vigorous class. This class was perfect - slow, strengthening and calm...with some lovely challenges. Thank you.

The class was challenging but I thought it was great. I couldn't do a lot of the poses but it made me want to do the class again and again so I could get those poses done! :) Thank you Fiji!

I love the sequence, but there was a strange electronic noise in the background (not sure if it was part of the music or not) for much of the video. Despite really liking this sequence, I won't do this one again!

Amazing session with lot's of stretching while keeping the core activated through the entire class... Fiji is the best in her ability to instruct the most complicated poses!

I would probably not have chosen this class as it has a couple challenging poses that are way beyond my ability right now. Fiji does a great job of keeping the audience focused and comfortable with their version of the pose, wherever they are today. Psychological safety and permission to try. And envisioning myself in the peak pose eventually.

WOW day 8 really asks one to be present and centered on your mat! I started my moontime after day 7, so I choose to stop the challenge for a few days. I did do yoga, but grounding poses and all on the floor! I am back to finish this challenge and today was a challenge!! This class is so creative with the poses and the flow. With Fiji’s great instruction I was able to do Bunny pose on both sides! Breathing, listening to her, and not getting stuck in my own head and judging myself that i can’t do a pose is really key for me. My body feels really good! Thanks Fiji for putting this challenge together and sharing it with all of us! Namaste. <3 :-)

I have a question - at about 12 minutes you move from a lunge to a pose with the front leg straightened, to have both legs more or less straight in a triangle with fingers on the floor. I can't do this - yet! I can only straighten my front leg if I bring my fingers off the ground. My question is whether I should keep my fingers on the ground and work slowly towards straightening my front leg, or straighten my leg and work slowly towards bring my fingers back towards the ground? Thanks for your help and for all the great classes!

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for asking! It would be a better approach to use a block or place your hand lightly on your shin, getting the leg as straight as you can each time you visit this pose. With our hamstrings it is important to be gently yet consistant. To create repeated opportunities to find space in this part of the body but to let the tension unravel over time. One millimeter at a time.

I liked exploring poses that I have never seen before - and maybe will never be able to actually do! Nicely paced class with extra attention spent on side-opening, all leading towards one super-pretzel pose...But don't be daunted - Fiji offers modifications all the way and encourages you to find your own personal edge.

Wow! I am already feeling stronger as I attempt some of the poses that have become familiar over the course of eight days-- and I laughed as I attempted some of the twistier and more difficult poses introduced in this class! Looking forward to continued improvement and encountering these poses again

Awesome class. My bunny looked rather funny, but its progress. I find Hero pose uncomfortable on my knees, so I tend to start class sitting on a block instead of on the ground. Seems to take the stress off the joint. Thanks for the series, its great.

WOW~! Some of these poses were incredibly hard and I felt like a human pretzel, but I tried them! On the next go around, I will be leaner, stronger, more agile and flexible, because I am trying!
Fiji you are truly amazing- not just for being able to do these poses effortlessly it seems, but instructing while doing so with every ounce of calm! Thank you!!

It took me seven days but I could really feel a shift in my hop forward from downward facing dog to forward bend. All of a sudden a new strength was there and I was able to do it. It was also my first time trying a "lying" tree (sideplank with tree leg) which was wobbly but doable.

Every day I fear that I am too tired from the days before but then it's so worth trying the next challenge and feeling all warm and accomplished.

A fun and well-structured class! I do not recommend doing it first thing in the morning, though. While I have been able to do some of the other classes in this sequence for my early morning practice, this one requires being a bit looser and more warmed up. By 17 minutes into the class I was fine but the first postures were a challenge for a morning body.

taking time out from my working day was a joy - unlike some of Fiji's other classes, I found this paced perfectly for me. No criticism of Fiji's style, just sometimes the pace of flow classes means I struggle to keep up particularly when it's an unfamiliar class! every one of these classes has included poses I've never tried before, so that's not only keeping the classes challenging, but also interesting and varied.

Oh my Glory Figi, I didn't realize that there was a new class of yours everyday for the 14 day challenge, so I have been randomly picking from your existing classes for the last seven days. Wow, this is like Christmas with zero stress and all the goodness!
I love the constant reminder to breath and all the small details your provide that . I also love the variety of your stretches and your voice and the way you convey each and every move, it's so comforting and challenging at the same time.
Thank you , thank you thank you! You have the yoga gift , thanks for sharing with the world!
