Really enjoying this challenge, even through the sore muscles! Some of the poses today were challenging, but I want to say thank you for the always really clear instructions, and indications of how the body should feel - really helpful when you are practicing at home!

When Fiji says challenging, you darn tooting it is going to be challenging :) Strangely, I did not find this class physically challenging, rather it keeps you mentally very alert and makes you break your mental routine, step outside your comfort level a bit. I really enjoyed this class. It showed me my progress and something new. Thank you!

I felt energetically fragile this morning and wasn't up for a vigorous class. This class was perfect - slow, strengthening and calm...with some lovely challenges. Thank you.

The class was challenging but I thought it was great. I couldn't do a lot of the poses but it made me want to do the class again and again so I could get those poses done! :) Thank you Fiji!

While I could not "do" all of the poses, this was a great practice.

I love the sequence, but there was a strange electronic noise in the background (not sure if it was part of the music or not) for much of the video. Despite really liking this sequence, I won't do this one again!

Amazing session with lot's of stretching while keeping the core activated through the entire class... Fiji is the best in her ability to instruct the most complicated poses!

I would probably not have chosen this class as it has a couple challenging poses that are way beyond my ability right now. Fiji does a great job of keeping the audience focused and comfortable with their version of the pose, wherever they are today. Psychological safety and permission to try. And envisioning myself in the peak pose eventually.

WOW day 8 really asks one to be present and centered on your mat! I started my moontime after day 7, so I choose to stop the challenge for a few days. I did do yoga, but grounding poses and all on the floor! I am back to finish this challenge and today was a challenge!! This class is so creative with the poses and the flow. With Fiji’s great instruction I was able to do Bunny pose on both sides! Breathing, listening to her, and not getting stuck in my own head and judging myself that i can’t do a pose is really key for me. My body feels really good! Thanks Fiji for putting this challenge together and sharing it with all of us! Namaste. <3 :-)
