This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 4 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. In this vinyasa flow, Fiji helps you learn to connect and move with your breath. Conscious breathing is one of yoga's most challenging and important skills. It focuses your mind, grounds your body and gives your practice rhythm and pace.

I find Fiji's cues very helpful and her voice so calming. A couple of poses were challenging for me but I like having something to focus on improving and work towards. Another great start to the day! Thank you :)

A fun and different intermediate class. It is challenging and Fiji guides through the poses and taking each a step further (if you wish).
A shorter practice for ELEVATE however it won't disappoint.

What a beautiful session. I am loving the slow, controlled flow in the pacing of these Elevate classes. I feel open and centered at the end of each one. Thank you, Fiji, as always. <3

Hello Fiji, in the pose at around 18 minutes when we are in a lunge and wiggle the upper arm/shoulder under the thigh, and then straighten the arms - I can get my upper arm/shoulder quite far underneath but when I straighten my arms - nothing happens. My foot still touches the floor even though my arm is straight - and the thigh is quite far up my arm. This happens on both sides. Do you have any idea as to what's happening or what I need to adjust? (I did attempt a few times but each time same result.) Aware this might not be possible to answer when you can't see what I'm up to exactly! Really enjoying this challenge. Thank you so much.
