This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 4 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. In this vinyasa flow, Fiji helps you learn to connect and move with your breath. Conscious breathing is one of yoga's most challenging and important skills. It focuses your mind, grounds your body and gives your practice rhythm and pace.

Thank you very much. Testing my ability to follow through . I did this class before, but now - I am recovering from Covid and I get muscles crumps a lot. Step by step I will recover, I promise!

Mm by mm, I succeeded in doing a low arm balance on one side! Woohoo! Your guidance is so precise and instills confidence! This teaching echoed from a previous practice!

This whole elevate series is pretty challenging I think, so would sway between intermediate/advanced (although advanced people may not think so!). I'm enjoying the challenge and having done Elevate about 6 months ago, I'm very pleased to see improvements in moves I once thought were impossible! As Fiji always says, it's those millimetre miracles that help us to progress. Great class and excellent cueing and guidance from Fiji as always. Thanks x
