This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 13 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. In this challenging intermediate flow, Fiji helps you remain grounded and present through some difficult standing sequences. It's an excellent challenge for intermediate students hoping to push their limits.

Thank you for this beautiful series. This is the most consecutive days in a row of doing yoga, and I really feel the gifts of practice. I have a question about Titivasana - I am working to raise one foot at a time, is it okay to use a fist on the floor instead of the heel of my hand? It seems like a better foundation for me that way.

This practice is so symbolic of my life right now. This was a deep moving meditation for me and I know I will live out the day ahead moment by moment. Thank you for another class so full of your gift of presence, Fiji.

Fiji's classes are well paced and challenging. I like learning new poses such as the one with one leg open and the other heel on the outside, great stretch. Thank you.
