Tune Into You
In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.
I found this to be a bit difficult. My legs were worked to shaking. I know my arms aren't as strong as they once were; could not lift my legs off the ground (could only lift hips and staright leg on one side). And I was hot! I guess I need to work harder and build more strength to handle this class. Hard for a 63 year old!
This was a wonderful class. Also the first time for me to come across it. Thank you , Fiji.
I can't believe I have been on DYWM for over 1.5 years, and had not even tried this practice! Fabulous class!
Nice slow pace. Disagree with comments about too much talk. Found it to be very balanced, clear and calm.
