Forgot how beautiful and engaging this particular practice is--so glad I revisited Fiji's videos. This was one is a joy--I had to dig deep through a few poses and the release following was soothing.

I feel like I have strengthened and nourished my body, mind and soul with this practise.
It reminds me a little bit of your Slow, Steady and Strong sequence, also one of my favourites of your's.

This sequence is so calming, I love the pace. Plus, the 21-day Get Strong challenge must be working for me because I can finally lift and hold myself up off the ground at the end! So proud of myself, and thank you Fiji!

I found this class very challenging and it pushed me (in a good way). I backed off some poses as I did this in the morning (I think I'll do this in early evening next time when I'm not so stiff) and my body was still waking up. Thanks Fiji for a great class!

Wow! I was so much into listening to my breath and feeling my body that the 50 minutes flew by. This practice is what my body needed to release stress, my spirit to trust and my mind to remain calm. Thank you!!!
