You are an excellent teacher. i love your challenges. I can't do everything but I know how to modify poses and you give very detailed instructions as well. Thank you for enriching my practice!

I have never before been able to stick with yoga, but Fiji - you have changed that completely for me! I have now done 1 or 2 classes every day for nearly 2 weeks, and I just began this challenge. I’m an aging competitive marathoner, and you challenge, stretch, and strengthen me with every class. Thank you!

Wow! What a wonderful class. I still consider myself as a beginner and unsure when to progress to intermediate so I gave this class a try and I feel so pleased and grateful. Fantastic instructions and a great pace for me. Unfortunately I couldn't manage some of the poses but I feel it's achievable with time and your wonderful guidance. Thank you so much, can't wait til tomorrows challenge day two! Namaste x

Just finished Day 2 but I figured I'd come back to yesterday's Day 1 and comment, great class. Even as an "intermediate" yogi with just over 1 year, 4-5 days a week in studio, this provided some challenge in realigning with the basic principles, checking in with your form and inner balance. It did leave me longing for more, and I was pleasantly surprised with myself in Day 2. Love this challenge! Thank you!

Day one of the yoga challenge/self isolation. My yoga teacher training has been cancelled, so I started the class in a bit of a sad space mentally, but the class has cheered me up. Not sure I'll ever be able to float my leg in eak hasta bhujasana, but I'll be sure to keep trying!
