Once I could swim again, I let my practice slide. Returning to yoga today after months away from DYWM (sigh), this was the ideal re-entry. Excellent session, great encouragement for me to continue. Grateful.

Rachel is always a wonderful teacher. This is a quick practice however it is wonderful for a boost of energy/getting the limbs moving. And, the meditation at the end is really nice to wind down with.
