Incredible slow stretch. Can stop at 10 min or 15 minutes to break up. Another good stopping point is that the 20 minute mark.

This is an awesome class are all needs. It’s a little slow to start can’t skip ahead to three minute mark. Break it up into chunks first chunk it ends at 11 minutes 30 seconds, the second is at 20 minutes 20 seconds.
