Designed for people who work with their hands, this yoga class moves through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck, shoulders, arms and upper back. It's short and efficient, a great office yoga class and perfect if you only have 15 minutes during a break or after work.

Wow, I didn't even know I needed this. I had about 10 minutes to do something after Melissa Krieger's quick morning stretch and chose this because it was short. I am not an athlete so almost didn't continue when I started the video but I am glad I continued. I had to stop and rest a few times but can't believe how warm and relaxed my shoulders feel!!! Thanks for such a novel, quick and effective tutuorial! I would think anyone could benefit from this.

I just did this workout for the first time as a break from grading essays. It was very hard but definitely worth it! Thank you for a short but wonderful routine that I will attempt to make a daily practice.

I have over-used and stressed my arms and shoulders through work and bad posture. This practice is great at aligning my spine and really healing the tissue especially in my shoulders! What a release!

Simple moves, but a lot harder than it looks!
So whatever yoga I had been doing earlier in my life, this video has made me realise I was probably doing it wrong. Absolutely love how deep these stretches can go, my back and upper body are definitely loving it though!
after years of being stationary and just getting old. I have started working out again. this is way harder then I remember. This is a great beginner workout
I didn't realize how tight I was and I couldn't make it though the whole 15 mins without stopping and shaking myself out of tension

I thought my arms and shoulders were strong because I'm an instrumentalist, but I guess I'm not as strong as I thought! This was a lot harder than it looked but I felt AMAZING afterward. This will become part of my weekly routine!
