Fiji's lovely energy is perfect for connecting with you and your baby in this prenatal yoga class, designed for women in their third trimester. It's much gentler than the first two in this prenatal series, but still has the characteristic Fiji vitality and enthusiasm.

Not pregnant and just enjoyed the practice as a gentle evening yoga….🙏
Have been doing Fiji's other prenatal classes and absolutley loving them! At almost 39 weeks I finally decided to give this one a try as my energy has been low & muscles feeling a bit more strained... It was absolutley lovely! Thank you for having more intermediate level prenatal classes, it has been great.
I'm not even pregnant and I love these classes! Good for mentally preparing something I'm calling in and visualizing the final stages :)
this fills my heart with love, you're so beautiful!
Hi! Are there postnatal classes with Fiji?
Hi there!
We have a couple of postnatal classes from Fiji :) Here you go: https://www.doyogawithme.com/yoga-classes?term_node_tid_depth=All&field…

I love this class now in my third trimester and approaching baby day. I always feel so good when I complete this (or any of Fiji’s) class. My body feels loose and warm and aligned. This is a very good pace for me currently at 36 weeks, but has been great for several weeks. Fiji does a great job in all of her classes warming the body up gently and preparing for any deeper holds/poses. Thank you for providing these wonderful classes. I am looking forward to starting my post-partum recovery with DYWM soon too.
Ive had to pull back on the intensity and length of my practices since about 35 weeks but have missed the flow and energy of Fiji's classes. This was a perfect practice to make me feel strong, relaxed, and release tension as I get ready for birth. Feeling amazing and excited for this baby and confident in my body and the power of my breathe.
magnetically beautiful
This was both relaxing and strengthening, exactly what I need at 35 weeks! Thank you :) The only drawback, for me personally, was the flow lying on the back as this was too long to spend on my back. Other than that, loved it and will be doing it again!
I've been practicing Yoga consistently now for about 2 years. I'm in my third trimester as of today and have been Netflixing Yoga videos throughout my pregnancy to get some variation. SO excited I found this website. This particular class was challenging but doable. It by far beats out the outdated Yoga videos I've been getting via mail. Thank you so much!
Hi I have found the series of prenatal videos most useful but wondering if there are any postpartum? Especially with Fiji? Or plans to film one? Thanks
Hi Nicky904.
Yes, we just recently filmed two postnatal classes with Fiji. I'm hoping to have the first one up within the next 3 weeks.

This is great! I can't wait to see the postnatal flow class she mentions. Thanks!
Thanks Fiji, I am 33weeks pregnant ad I love this class you are truly inspirational
I'm 37 wks and this was wonderful. I have an advanced practice and this was just the right mix at this stage of my third pregnancy. I used my blocks and blanket on a few occasions, but that's just a personal comfort thing. Thank you. Namaste.
