This was perfect for a middle of the day break. Seems I’m doing more sitting at my “desk” now that I’m working from home. This felt great!

Even though I usually look for intermediate classes this one with David with great 'counter stretches' was exactly right as a welcome break from desk postures. A refreshing break from the desk and from my recent habit with DYWM classes. ;-)
