Just what I needed for a tweaky back.
For me this class didn't flow so well. I felt the explanations for the warrior poses where slightly insufficient; since there are many variations, I wasn't sure what to focus on this time. Furthermore, I would've preferred to warm up my core more before the warrior poses, because like this they actually brought some tension in my back.
Lovely practice with a perfect pace. Great one to come back to. Thank you Melissa.
