Keep your back, shoulders and hips and spine healthy with this short hatha yoga class that focuses on limbering up all of the muscles that help move, and often constrict, the spine. It's a great class for anyone who has lower back or upper back problems, including athletes, people with desk jobs and seniors.

For me this class didn't flow so well. I felt the explanations for the warrior poses where slightly insufficient; since there are many variations, I wasn't sure what to focus on this time. Furthermore, I would've preferred to warm up my core more before the warrior poses, because like this they actually brought some tension in my back.

Sorry this class didn't work out for you, Noemi! To be honest I filmed this class in 2016 or so and would most likely teach it differently now. I'm always learning new things and updating how I teach. Hopefully there is another class on the site that suits you better. Take good care.
