In this class for new mothers, Sarah guides you through a series of poses, with or without baby, to strengthen your pelvic floor, arms, shoulders and back. Take 20 minutes to rejuvenate your body as it undergoes its postpartum shifts.

Beautiful practice Sarah! How old do you recommend that baby be? I have a 6 week old and I'd love to do this with her but I'm not sure if it's too soon.

Hi there! Glad you’re thinking of practicing! 6 weeks postpartum is when most parents are cleared for exercise by their care provider and if you feel good go for it! There are modifications for folks recovering from caesarean too! Baby is fine to be there practicing with you as long as you practice good neck support :) enjoy!
