I used this practice to combat fatigue in the afternoon - these short but complete practices are so effective for that! This one opened my limbs and torso and left me feeling refreshed. Thank you Fiji!
Ice practice to get the body warm and ready to face the day or the rest of the day. The reminder to be still and clear your mind at the end, as Fiji said is an important part of your daily practice.
This would make a nice little lunch practice. I did it after work and it was good, too. I am very sore from yesterday's practice, so my muscles were enjoying this light practice, but also wanting more.

This is one of those perfect "I really don't want to do yoga after my workout but I really should" kinda practices. Gentle and comforting!
