Challenging/different. Good breath work. Nice long shavasana.

The name is accurate. Long isometric holds. Mostly standing strength/stretch. Not much balance. A nice calm, relaxing practice that still has a fair bit of heat at points. Wish savasana was a little longer.

Different than most 20 min flows. Some core/breath work. No balances. Nice long savasana.

Nice well-rounded flow. Keeps moving, but isn't relentless. Builds in intensity with a bit of balance too. 

Really good quick class. Great if you want to sweat, not great if you've recently done a lot of push ups. Savasana is basically non-existent, but go figure when it's only 20 min.

Another solid flow. A couple good standing balances and a challenging variation on pigeon.

FAST. Definitely good if you want a quick class that will make you sweat. Not the best if your shoulders are already tired.

Vigorous class, more upper body than lower. Actually got into 8 Angle Pose on both sides. Good savasana.

Different and good. Not a ton of sun salutations. Lots of good backbends, but no Wheel

One of my favorites. Good stretch, strength, balance, and savasana

Good upper body stretch/strengthening without any hand balancing. Good lower back/core at the end too.

Great, energetic class. Lots of fun poses/balances. More strength focused than stretch. More hopping/jumping, so not good if the kids are asleep. Only real issue is savasana is pretty short.

Very fast. Wish shivasana was longer.

Pretty challenging, especially for tired legs, but great.

Great class for when you want more strengthening and to get a little sweaty. A couple of fun balances too.

*Definitely* high energy. Covers a lot in a short amount of time and warms you up without doing a ton of sun salutations. Good, quick, sweaty class.

Some heat, but not too intense. Sun salutation B instead of the usual. Just a little different and a nice savasana.

Nice to not have any planks, hand balances, etc. Los of long isometric holds. Good savasana.

Very different. Not your normal flow at all. Looooooots of squats.

Definitely high energy, but really great. Loved the transitions between standing poses. Fluid, but not rushed.

Sooooo much chair pose. Great if your arms are tried or wrist is bugging you. Nice long savasana.

Really nice transitions. Keeps you on your toes and doesn't get boring. Good strength and stretch combo. Only downside is savasana is short/seated, but you get several breaks throughout to close your eyes and breathe, so there's that.

Phew! Very playful practice. Lots of fun, (sometimes) intense poses. Always fun to work on splits. Lots of hand balances, so not the best if the wrist is acting up.

I guess this was slow for a power flow, but I thought the pace was pretty vigorous at times. Really like Guy's vibe. Good well-rounded class with stretch, strength, and balance.

Nice when you have no time but don't just want a basic, gentle class. Pretty vigorous. Even managed to fit in a tiny savasana.
