I love this class as well as part 2. So nice to have a thorough vinyasa class that gives your wrists a break! Thank you!
I appreciate Jonni-Lyn's no-nonsense approach in cueing. A lovely practice - thank you!
I broke a bone in my hand last week and have been mourning the loss of my usual yoga practise and then I remembered having seen these wrist free classes on your page. Thank you for making them exist, Jonni-Lyn, I feel like these are going to be one of few things keeping me sane for the next 6 weeks and until I can get back to your advanced classes that I love sooo so much!
What does the ending chant mean? TY. Rebecca
This is a very common chant at the ending of a practice and is one intended to bring peace.

Perfect practice for me today. I do have wrist issues and appreciate this class. The pace was great. Thank you Jonni-Lyn.
Great practice.
Love the write free aspect.
The Best.
Very nice! I frequently have wrist pain and welcome a class that's easy on the wrists.
Very nice and balanced class. Thank you!
Thank you, I loved this class:)
Very nice! Thankyou
Thank you, I sometimes have trouble with my wrists and this class gives them a break. I will revisit this often.
Lovely class, thank you so much Jonni-Lyn.
I tried this as I sometimes get tired wrists and hands with regular practice, but it was just generally a great after work stretch and pick me up so definitely one to return to again and again. I feel brighter and more relaxed.
