Thank you, I sometimes have trouble with my wrists and this class gives them a break. I will revisit this often.

Lovely class, thank you so much Jonni-Lyn.
I tried this as I sometimes get tired wrists and hands with regular practice, but it was just generally a great after work stretch and pick me up so definitely one to return to again and again. I feel brighter and more relaxed.
