I really enjoyed this practice.
It was quite alright, though the sequences didn't feel very 'flowy' to me. I liked the disco turn!
New follow! A gentle flow, yet challenging. The lightness of your approach is soothing. We can all use that! Thanx man.

Simply terrific! This practice packs a lot in small amount of time. Great pacing, poses that get into all the spots. Not too much challenge but just right to feel invigorated and refreshed. I've done very few of Guy's practices before but I've always found his guidance calming and heartening. Thank you!

Always such a pleasure to practice with Guy! I am recovering from Covid and have been unable to do my normal vigorous exercises. This class was a perfect pace of movement, breath, and strength without overexertion.
Very good directions for dancer and cow face.
This may be my favorite flow and teacher. Challenging just enough but not stressful, covers whole body. Love it!

Ah this was so nice. Lovely pace and direction, and Guy is so easy to listen to and follow. I particularly loved the "disco turn" as that made me really smile!

Just what I needed. Slow and soothing but still has a challenge. Felt relaxed and strong afterwards. Time to take nice slow breaths throughout this flow because the flow is slow. Also time to really get into the poses. Thank you!
